RENTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibility of Fit: It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the equipment they’ve requested will fit within the chosen location. This includes checking that the entrance to the building and elevators (if applicable) can accommodate the equipment.
Surface Requirements: The equipment must be set up on a hard and stable surface, such as flooring, asphalt, or concrete. Setting up equipment on grass or dirt ground is not allowed.
Protection from the Elements: For outdoor events, the equipment needs to be adequately protected from the elements. This includes covering the equipment from the top and sides to prevent damage from weather conditions.
Renter Fee Responsibility: The full rental amount is due at the time of delivery. Renter may send a check before the rental date or hand it to the delivery person. Rental payments will not be deposited until after the rental event.
Delivery/Set up Fee: All rentals and subject to a delivery/set up fee. Additional fees will apply on Saturday/Sunday/Holiday delivery/pick up times.

If there are concerns in any of the above areas, a member from our team will come out to the rental location to ensure requested equipment will have room to be set up.
